Prepayment
In the first six months, no partial prepayment is permitted.
Prepayment is only permitted once a year.
There must be at least a 6-month gap between two-part payments.
Charges for paying in advance –
On amounts greater than 25% of the outstanding principle, there is a prepayment charge of 2.5 percent plus GST.
